TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal and/or Cancellation Cannot be Exercised

In addition, in order for the right of withdrawal and/or cancellation of all types of packaged products to be exercised, the goods/ services must be unpacked and/ or undamaged and/ or intact and unused.

 

  • Contracts for goods or services, the price of which varies depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and is not under the control of the seller or provider.
  • Contracts on goods that are drawn up in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
  • Contracts for goods that are disposable.
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that have been opened with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package after delivery; those that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.
  • Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be decomposed by nature.
  • Contracts in which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened and/or damaged after the delivery of the goods.
  • Contracts for products that can be sold on a certain date or period (at the beginning of the Year, Mother's and/or Father's Day, etc.).
  • Contracts for services, the execution of which was started with the consent of the consumer, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
     

How will I return?

 

Before sending the product to Kozo, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After the confirmation of the return has been sent to you by our technical department, please fill out the return form that comes with the package and send the product to us with a Cargo company that you trust. Confirmation information will be notified to you by phone or mail. The cost of shipments made with cargo companies belongs to the sender. Prepaid submissions will not be accepted. If the products received by us are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. In order for the product return request to be acceptable, it is necessary to preserve the authenticity, hygiene and resalability of the Product. For this reason, we cannot return the products in any way in cases where the product packaging is damaged, the package has been opened, used, destroyed, and so on. In case of return of the product, we ask you to tell us the reason for returning the product. Even if the reason is stated, it is completely beyond Kezo to implement and/or not to implement the refund procedure, once made admissions and/or approvals do not mean that they will be made again.
